- PayNearMe, PayPal, and Venmo availability may differ by state.
- Interac e-Transfer is available only for players in Canada.
- The following locations are NOT permitted to accept retail deposits:

Caesars Prepaid Play+ Card
Deposits
The Caesars Prepaid Play+ Card is a convenient and secure way to fund your account. You can load your Play+ Card using your debit card, online banking, or PayPal account. Once funded, you can instantly transfer money to your Horseshoe account for wagering.
After enrollment, you can also use your Play+ Card to withdraw winnings from your Horseshoe account. Your Play+ Card can be used anywhere Discover is accepted, including for purchases or ATM cash withdrawals.
To enroll, select Caesars Prepaid Card from the Deposit Funds menu. Your application will automatically pre-fill with your account information. Once you’ve loaded or withdrawn $150 or more, your personalized card will be mailed to the address on file within 10–14 days.

Withdrawals
You can transfer your winnings directly to your Caesars Play+ Card. There are no fees for loading funds to or from your Horseshoe account, and no monthly maintenance fees for the card.
In addition to using your Play+ Card to fund your account, you can also withdraw cash at participating ATMs and make purchases anywhere Discover is accepted. More information about your card’s use will be included when it arrives.

eCheck by VIP Preferred (ACH)
Deposits
Horseshoe offers secure ACH/eCheck deposits through our trusted payment partner, VIP Preferred.
Once enrolled through the Horseshoe app, you can deposit funds directly from your bank account, up to your established limit.
Deposits are typically credited to your Horseshoe account instantly, though it may take up to two business days for the transaction to post to your bank account.

Withdrawals
You can withdraw funds directly to your bank account using VIP Preferred (ACH). This option is available even if you haven’t used it to deposit before. Your first withdrawal will require a brief registration, and your account will then be securely saved for future use.
VIP Preferred eCheck withdrawals are processed daily and generally post to your bank account within one to two business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Online Banking
Deposits
You can fund your Horseshoe account directly through Online Banking, a simple and secure alternative to using cards.
Just sign in with your online banking ID and password right from the Horseshoe site or app. No registration is required, and your account is typically funded immediately once the transaction is approved.

Deposits
Horseshoe supports deposits using a personal or premier PayPal account. You can fund your account using your verified bank account or existing PayPal balance.

PayNearMe
Deposits
You can fund your Horseshoe account with cash at participating PayNearMe locations.
When selecting PayNearMe in the cashier, the app will generate a barcode you can print or save on your mobile device.
Present this barcode at the register with your cash deposit, and the cashier will provide a receipt for your transaction. Please check it for accuracy before leaving.
Funds typically appear in your account within about 15 minutes.
The minimum deposit is $5 per transaction, with a maximum cumulative deposit limit of $500 per day.

Caesars Prepaid Play+ Card FAQs
How do I sign up for a Play+ account?
Log in to your Horseshoe account and go to Deposit Funds → Caesars Prepaid Card.
Your application will prefill automatically. Provide your Social Security Number and Date of Birth, confirm your address, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Sign Up.
You can load funds instantly via bank card, online banking, or PayPal.
Once you’ve funded or withdrawn $150 or more, your personalized card will arrive by mail within 10–14 days.
What are the benefits of using Play+?
Play+ provides a fast and easy way to deposit and cash out while playing online. It is a great way to manage your money and can be used everywhere Discover® is accepted. Play+ has a very high approval rate when loading funds and is easy to use.
Why was my bank card declined when funding Play+?
Your bank information must match exactly with what’s on file for your Play+ account.

How can I reset my PIN or password?

What if my Play+ card is lost or stolen?

PayPal FAQs
You must first make a deposit with PayPal before you’ll see it listed for withdrawals.

How do I open a PayPal account?

Do I need a PayPal account to use it for deposits?

Apple Pay FAQs
Due to current regulations, Apple Pay withdrawals are not supported.

Why can’t I use Apple Cash?
