The promotion will take place beginning at 12:01 AM MT on July 13, 2026, and will end when Caesars removes the promotion from its website and mobile application (“Promotion Period”). Promotion is offered by American Wagering, Inc. (“Caesars” & “Horseshoe”).
1. Offer Description:

2. Promo Dates:
• The promotion begins at 12:01 AM MT on July 13, 2026 - and will be ongoing until further notice or until Caesars removes the offer from its promotions page (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligible Participants:
• To be eligible for the offer, players must have successfully opened a Caesars Palace Online Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino mobile or online account in the Province of Alberta during the Promotion Period; and be approved for real money play.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Be physically present in the Province of Alberta.
• Have an account that remains in good standing until your bonus(es) are fully earned.
• The date and time of account opening are determined by the automatic system timestamp that is created once all account opening procedures have been completed.
• Your account will not be considered open until the required identification verification process (whether by manual or automated means) has been completed.
• Once you open your account using an eligible promo code for this promotion, you will no longer be eligible for any other new player offer for Caesars Palace Online Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino in any other location.
4. Required Action:
• The offer is open to existing Caesars Palace Online Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino online members who Refer-a-Friend that satisfies the below wager requirements.
• A “Friend” is defined as a participant who is new to Caesars Palace Online Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino and has never had an account.
• Eligible existing members of participating Caesars Services and their referred friends can each receive One Hundred (100) Bonus Spins whenever a Friend signs up, deposits, and cumulatively bets $50.00 on a Caesars Service.
• Established members of casino services (Caesars Palace Online Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino) and their referred friends will each receive One Hundred (100) Bonus Spins on the slot game Triple Cash Eruption.
• Established members will receive a unique personal registration referral link by clicking on Refer-a-Friend in the member’s “My Account” section and following all instructions.
i. Members can then share this link with eligible new users and encourage them to register and play on the same Caesars Service where the referring players obtained their referral link.
ii. Members may not use any form of unsolicited communications to share their registration referral link.
iii. Links must only be shared with individuals whom the participant knows personally and knows to be 21 years of age or older.
iv. Registration referral links will expire at the end of the Promotion Period and will no longer be valid.
v. If a referred new user does not register using the participant’s unique link, neither the participant nor the new user will receive any bonus, even if the new user meets the deposit and wagering requirements.
• The participant and the referred new customer will each receive One Hundred (100) Bonus Spins on the slot game Triple Cash Eruption once the new customer:
i. Successfully registers for a new Caesars Service account using the participant’s unique link for that Caesars Service (current customers are not eligible); and
ii. Completes the following within 90 days of their registration date:
i. Makes an initial real money deposit of $50.00 or more; and
ii. Cumulatively wagers $50.00 or more in cash on the Caesars Service (casino wagers using bonus cash and sports wagers do not qualify).

• The Bonus Spins combined will have a total value of $100.00 (100 spins each worth $1).
• Once Bonus Spins are awarded, the player must open Triple Cash Eruption to view and redeem the Bonus Spins.
• Bonus Spins must be claimed within the promotional period, or they will be forfeited.
• Bonus Spins and any bonus winnings won from the spins must be used within 5 days after they are claimed.
• Failure to complete all bonus spins will result in the forfeiture of unused bonus spins and any associated bonus funds won in the process.
• Bonus Spins are not redeemable on Table Games, Poker, Live Dealer Games, Video Poker Games, or Sports.
• Bonus Spins cannot be redeemed for cash, and you cannot use the “Cash Out” feature with Bonus Spins.
• Bonus Spins do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
• Bonus Spin amount is not included in any winnings.
• Bonus Spins will not be returned if deemed void.
• If, for any reason, the Bonus Spins offered in this promotion cannot be credited to an eligible player who has met the necessary requirements, that player may instead be credited with the equivalent value of $100.00 in a casino bonus.
• Players must complete all Bonus Spins in order to receive any winnings.
i. Player will receive One Hundred (100) Bonus Spins, but if they only complete 25 out of the One Hundred (100) Bonus Spins before the 5 days have expired, they will forfeit the unused spins along with any winnings from the used spins
ii. To be eligible to withdraw any winnings generated from wagers made with the Bonus Spins, players must satisfy the Wagering Requirements.
5. Redeeming Bonus Spins:
• Bonus Spins will be added to the participants’ and referred corresponding Caesars Casino Service accounts, Caesars Palace Online Casino, or Horseshoe Online Casino within 5 business days of settlement of the qualifying wagers (i.e., the wager that satisfies the $50.00 cumulative wagering requirement).
6. Registration Process:
• To be eligible for the offer, the player must have registered for a Caesars Palace Online Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino account and be approved for real money play.
7. Limitations:
• Offer is limited to one redemption during the Promotion Period.
• If this offer is shared between multiple services, it may not be redeemed on more than one service.
• Only one Deposit Match Bonus can be active at a time. If you want to participate in a different deposit match promotion, you must either satisfy the requirements of your active deposit match bonus or cancel it. 8. Wagering Requirements:
• Alberta
o All Bonus Funds associated with the above promotion are subject to Caesars discretion and all terms and conditions.
i. You must wager a minimum amount within 5 days of receiving your bonus in order to release the Bonus to your available cash balance (the “Wagering Requirement”). The exact amount of the wagering requirement will depend on the size of your bonus and the games you elect to play. Wagering Requirements for each game is as follows:
a. 1X on slot games;
b. 2X on video poker; and
c. 5X for all other casino games, excluding craps. Craps wagers will not count toward minimum wagering requirement.
ii. As an example, if you complete all 100 Bonus Spins and win $100, your account will be credited with a $100 casino bonus. If you only play slots, you will have to wager a total of $100 ($100 x 1) within 5 days to release your bonus.
iii. This bonus may be claimed on the Caesars Palace Online Casino or Horseshoe Online Casino service and casino wagers on Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, or Horseshoe Online Casino will count towards the minimum wagering requirements above.
iv. Wagers on sports and other events will not count towards the Wagering Requirement.
v. Casino wagers will only count towards one bonus at a time.
vi. If you do not meet the minimum Wagering Requirement within 5 days, the bonus will be forfeited. No partial bonuses will be awarded.
9. Order of funds used for wagering:
• While any bonus is active, wagers will first be deducted from your cash balance tied to the bonus. If there is no cash tied to the bonus available, the wagers will be deducted from your bonus balance. Cash that isn’t tied to any bonus funds will only be used if the cash tied to a bonus and bonus balance are both at zero. Any amounts won using cash that is tied to a bonus and / or winnings from the use of bonus funds will be credited to the bonus balance and not your cash balance. Once you’ve met the Wagering Requirement, any remaining cash tied to a bonus and / or bonus balance will be released and become fully withdrawable cash.
• In the event you have more than 1 active bonus, cash that isn’t tied to a bonus will always be the last source of wagering. Cash tied to the oldest bonus will be used first, followed by the bonus funds of the oldest bonus if the cash balance tied to that bonus is zero. If both of those balances are at zero then cash tied to the next oldest bonuses will be used, followed by the bonus funds of the next oldest bonus when that cash tied to that bonus balance is zero.
10. Eligible Games:

i. For example, in a hypothetical 100% bonus match offer on deposits up to $100, you deposit $200, and you receive a $100 bonus which will make your total balance $300 which will be broken down as follows:
ii. $200 in bonus cash that CANNOT be used on the aforementioned games.
a. $100 of your deposit amount is considered cash tied to a bonus.
b. $100 is bonus funds that you received as part of the 100% up to $100 bonus match offer.
iii. $100 in unrestricted cash that is not tied to the bonus, this amount CAN be used on the aforementioned games.
• Wagers on sports and craps will not count towards the wagering requirements of bonus funds.
11. Restrictions on withdrawing funds:
• You cannot withdraw any cash that is tied to a bonus or your bonus balance prior to satisfying the Wagering Requirement without first canceling your bonus, which will result in the forfeiture of all remaining bonus balance (including any amounts won using the cash tied to a bonus or bonus funds). Once you have met the Wagering Requirement, you can withdraw any remaining bonus amount.
• You must have made at least one cash deposit before you can withdraw your bonus or any winnings from any wagers made using bonus funds.
• Bonuses are not transferrable to any other Caesars online or mobile account, cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met, and do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
12. Cancellation:
• Player may cancel the bonus prior to satisfying wagering requirements. IMPORTANT: If you cancel your bonus before completing the Wagering Requirements, you will forfeit any deposited funds that have already been WAGERED. This includes any amounts won using the cash tied to the bonus or the bonus funds itself.
